What Is A Coach?

Coaches are a motivated group of individuals who provide support, motivation and encouragement to people who need help to achieve their health and fitness goals. We provide coaching advice, support and motivation. As Coaches, our job is to help people set realistic health and fitness goals and then, together, create an action plan utilizing Beachbody's world class fitness programs and nutritional supplements. We work to help our clients overcome obstacles and struggles and find lasting success with their health and fitness goals!

What Beachbody Coaching Isn't!

You do NOT need to be at your 'goal body' or be a fitness or weight-loss expert to become a Beachbody Coach. You just need to be ready to commit to changing your life and inspiring others to do the same. Beachbody will provide all of the tools and training, you simply need to focus on getting great results and then sharing that process with others.

Being a Beachbody Coach ISN’T a Get Rich Quick Scheme. It takes work and you get out the effort you put in. So if you aren’t willing to put in the time and effort then you aren’t going to succeed.
